There are two staffs (junior and senior) in the Laboratory of Isotope. The area of the Laboratory is about two hundred square metres. It was divided into three parts of high , middle and low radioactivity. The mainly facilities are Wallac-1409 liquid scintillation counter and Wallac-1470 automatic gamma counter in the Laboratory. Our task is to supply any service related to the radioactive laboratory and to measure sample as with ßand ? radioelements for radioactive experiments.

During the past years, we conducted several studies on nuclear medicine of cancer and engaged in the reformation of scintillation count. Now we are trying to do radioimmunity count related to the studies of tumor markers, reproductive endocrine, and etc.

In the future, we will strengthen and extend the usage of new techniques of isotope in cancer research, and also to explore new methods for counting and radioactive experiments.
