The world's smallest motors, micro-helicopter

In 1996 and 1999, the researchers of the SJTU Information Storage Research Center successfully developed the world's smallest (2mm and 1mm) motors, and based on that they developed a micro-pump, micro-electric car and micro-proctoscope of only a few millimeters. The micro-helicopter they produced is the world's smallest and lightest one, which is only 18mm long, 5mm high and 100 milligrams in weight.
