The Localization of the pistol production

From 1995 to 1998, the school of Machanical Engineering, the School of Materials and the School of Electronics and Information Technology jointly accomplished the project on the localization of the pistol production line in Shanghai.

They have successfully developed 10 sets (6 kinds) of key equipment for making pistols, thereby building up the first production line of high-grade auto pistols in the country, 90% of which was of Chinese make.
